3. User Accounts
3.1. You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1. SourcePilot offers a freemium model with various subscription tiers. Each tier includes specific services as listed in the pricing page and comes with a set number of tokens.
4.2. Users can top-up their token balance within each subscription tier for an additional fee.
4.3. Subscription fees and token top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law.
4.4. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to users in advance.
5. Use of the Service
5.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5.3. You must not misuse the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SourcePilot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6.2. You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. SourcePilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

All information is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information provided by the Service.
